It is wonderful to meet you, Brigitte. Your story reminds me of the experiences we must never allow to be repeated for any group of people. Thank you for sharing it with Keith, and your delightful life today: great picture of you and your girls!
I really enjoyed reading this piece. Heart-felt writing!
Mr. Jack sure has live life to the fullest! Thank to MOW and it’s volunteers he is able to keep his independence. It’s more than delivering meals. The clients are just happy to see the faces of the volunteers they consider friends. I remember one client who wrote jokes on an index card and would read them to me. Thanks to the MOW volunteers and their smiling faces that brightens up the day of the homebound in the Tarrant County.
