Celebrate an All-American tradition — hot dogs and beer! Join us on Tuesday, June 27, for The Chef’s Table Dinner Series featuring Bentley’s Craft Dogs and Panther Island Brewing.
Bentley’s laid-back vibe is the perfect side dish for the lazy days of summer. Anything but average, a craft dog will tickle your taste buds with an array of exciting toppings, many of them house-made. Feast on creations like “The Pork Worth,” “The Bentley,” and their interpretation of a Vietnamese classic, “The Behnt Mi.” Hand-cut Kennebec fries accompany the craft dogs.
After dinner, take a stroll down memory lane with hand-scooped ice cream from Gypsy Scoops. The family-owned mobile ice cream parlor found a permanent home in the Riverside Arts District. What better way to finish your meal than with a sweet treat!
The perfect partner for the dogs will be provided by Panther Island Brewing. They are an award-winning microbrewery located on the banks of the Trinity River. Each brew is carefully crafted, sourcing local ingredients when possible. They utilize a variety of hops to give each brew a distinctive flavor and aroma.
In addition to craft dogs and beer, you will enjoy live music, and fun games on our patio. Tickets are $60 per person and seating is limited to the first 100 people. Proceeds will benefit our Home-Delivered Meals program. Don’t miss this unique experience to get to know three of the family-owned businesses giving back to their community.
