Help By Volunteering
Every day here in Tarrant County, hundreds of elderly and disabled homebound people go hungry. Good, nutritious food is available to feed them through the Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County program.

Volunteers pick up meals at a local distribution site and deliver the meals to our clients at home. Meal delivery is an ongoing weekly or daily volunteer opportunity, but we offer many other volunteer opportunities.
