Although we have a Fort Worth mailing address, our facility is physically located on Airport Freeway (Hwy 121) in Haltom City.
Northbound Airport Freeway (Hwy 121) – from Downtown Fort Worth:
• Take Airport Freeway (Hwy 121) north toward Haltom City
• Take the Haltom Rd. exit
• Continue on the northbound service road through both the Haltom Rd. and Hickory Dr. intersections
• Shortly after you pass through the Hickory Dr. intersection, Meals On Wheels will be located on your right, just behind the Tim Hogan’s Dalton GA Carpet Outlet building.
Southbound Airport Freeway (Hwy 121) – toward Downtown Fort Worth:
• Take Airport Freeway (Hwy 121) south toward Downtown Fort Worth
• Take the Carson St. exit
• Continue on the southbound service road through the Carson St. intersection
• When you get to the Hickory Dr. intersection, make a U-turn under the freeway so that you are traveling on the northbound service road
• Meals On Wheels will be located on your right, just behind the Tim Hogan’s Dalton GA Carpet Outlet building.
