The Party is Just 1 Day Away! This page will tell you everything you need to know about the event. We are so thankful that you have chosen to spend the evening with us and we want to make your arrival and check-in go as smoothly as possible.

Online Check In is Now Available

You can avoid the registration line when you arrive at the event by checking in online. By now you should have received a text message with a link to check in online. If you haven’t already done so, click the links before to complete the check-in process.

What Should I Wear?

It wouldn’t be the Fort Worth Stockyards without boots and cowboy hats. Guys will likely wear jeans, an open collar shirt, a jacket, and of course a cowboy hat. Ladies, boots and cowboy hats aren’t just for the guys. You might even want to glam up your western outfit with a little sparkle and pizzazz! In short, think denim and diamonds.

Western attire isn’t your vibe? Then cocktail attire is perfectly acceptable. Most of all, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the evening!

Where are my Tickets?

You will not receive a printed ticket in the mail, but rest assured we will be ready to welcome you to the event tomorrow evening. When you and your guests arrive, simply stop by the check-in desk. We’ll quickly give you your table assignment and get you ready to participate in our live and silent auctions.

Where is the Event?

Sundown Stampede will be held in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
River Ranch Stockyards is located at 500 NE 23rd St, Fort Worth, TX 76164.

What Time Should I Arrive?

The event begins with a hosted cocktail reception starting at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24th. The registration desk will open for check in beginning at 5:45 p.m.

Meet & Greet with Drake Milligan

If you are one of the lucky guests who will be participating in the private meet and greet with Drake Milligan, you will receive a special wristband at check in and will be directed to the room where the meet and greet is being held. We have a photographer ready to snap your picture with Drake! Please note the meet and greet starts at 6:00 p.m., so don’t be late.

Got a $20?

We’ll kick-off the our live auctions with a fun and fast-paced game of Heads or Tails. For $20 cash, you can play along for your chance to win a fabulous Yeti Roadie 24 Cooler valued at $250. Will you choose heads or tails?

Valet and Self-Parking

You will be glad to know that complimentary valet parking will be available at the entrance to River Ranch. You may also self-park your vehicle in the designated parking lot next to the building.

Please be aware that any vehicles left overnight at River Ranch will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Our Silent Auction is Now Open!

We’ve been working hard to pull together some remarkable items and experiences for our Sundown Stampede silent auction.

You do not have to attend the event to participate in our silent auction. We’re using a secure mobile-bidding platform that easily allows you to view our auction and place bids on your favorite items.

You can even set a maximum bid on the items you like and the platform will automatically increase your bid by the minimum bid increment when you are outbid, up to your maximum bid.
