2026 Holiday Schedule

Meals On Wheels of Tarrant County is closed on the following 2026 holidays. We will not deliver meals on these days so that our volunteers and staff may spend time with their families. If the holiday falls on our normal Monday through Friday delivery schedule, we will deliver an additional meal prior to the holiday.

January 19, 2026 – Martin Luther King Jr Day
April 3, 2026 – Good Friday
May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day
June 19, 2026 – Juneteenth
July 3, 2026 – Independence Day
September 7, 2026 – Labor Day
November 26-27, 2026 – Thanksgiving
December 24-25, 2026 – Christmas

We ask our meal-delivery volunteers to let us know as far in advance as possible if you are unable to deliver meals on your scheduled day so that we can find a substitute driver. Please call 817-336-0912.
